CreateLED International Business Development Specialist – Europe

CreateLED is a global technology company specializing in the design and manufacture of high performance LED displays for indoor and outdoor use.Headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and operating in a global market, CreateLED is one of the nation’s leading designers and manufacturers of LED screen technology.

CreateLED is looking for a Professional Business Development Specialist to join our European team to drive existing and new business sales.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing client base and growing new business

  • Responsible for sales strategy development and target attainment

  • Establishing / Maintaining ongoing relationships with CreateLED regional partners and customers

  • Development and Management of bid tendering

  • Full Circle Customer Service Management. Monitor deal performance and track efficacy relative to expectations post-close

  • Planning and Managing weekly sales meetings, including preparing presentations and sales documents as well as providing demonstrations

  • Coordinating and managing industry events & trade shows in conjunction with our marketing team

  • Required to work with limited daily supervision. Adhere to company guidelines and policies


  • Technical, Business, Sales or Administration Bachelors’degree required

  • 3-5 years’ sales experience in LED display, video wall, led signage or other related industries

  • Must be a self-starter

  • Must be an expert in the Audio/Video Technology industry, identifying market trends and gathering competitive insights

  • Experience in Delivering presentations to a highly technical audience

  • Outstanding presentation skills

  • Operational excellence

  • Willingness to travel

  • Overnight travel required (40-60%). Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked. Travel will include air travel and driving

  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
