CreateLED is looking for a Professional Office Manager to join our Las Vegas Office to ensure the smooth running of the Las Vegas Office operations and contribute to driving sustainable growth of the brand and optimizing communication between teams, partners and customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining office efficiency by planning, implementing office systems, design and layouts of sales and marketing materials, and procuring of equipment and office supplies as needed.

  • Manage team to always act professional.

  • Ensure equipment displayed in showroom is operational and in good working order at all time.

  • Adapt and manage CreateLED Operational SOP to provide Warranty and Services for USA, Canada and possibly selected South American countries.

  • Maintaining employee’s attendance records and enforcing US Employee policies.

  • Support the sales and technical team with their product demonstrations for customers.

  • Assist with customer and partner presentations and at times conduct presentation in the show room when required.

  • Manage and schedule imports, shipping and delivery with Quality Control teams to minimize damages.

  • Set up a good communication channel and method with HQ and local office.

  • Set up tracking system for warehouse and maintain up to date records of all incoming and authorized outgoing stock.

  • Work with HQ accounting team to perform stock take as required on periodic basis.

Requirements:

  • Business Administration Bachelors’ degree or similar diploma required.

  • 3-5 years’ office management experience in Audio Visual, LED display, video wall, led signage or other related industries.

  • Experience in managing a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Must have a good understanding of financial / accounting operations

  • Outstanding presentation skills.

  • Operational excellence

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Essential: Must have US green card or be a USA citizen

  • Must reside in Nevada
